February's Full Moon Hike

In honor of the Full Moon on February 9th, we'll be going on una caminata espiritual to let go of any limiting beliefs about the love we have for ourselves so we can walk away with our hearts full of self-love.

Love, particularly self-love, is the focus this month on Reclama. On this hike, we’ll be discussing manageable ways to self-love and still feel balanced, how this is different from self-care, and ways to show yourself love every damn day.

We'll also be taking a moment to ground ourselves with crystals. We’ll listen to the sounds of nature, stop to take deep breathes, and check-in with ourselves. Each of you will be receiving a crystal but you can also bring your own if you want.

INCLUDES:

- GUIDED HIKE

- SPIRITUAL CLEANSE WITH SAGE

- MOTIVATIONAL JOURNALING POSTCARD

- RECLAMA JOURNAL (Optional, see below)

- CRYSTAL FOR GROUNDING OUT IN THE WOODS (Optional, see below)

Beginner hike: Arden Point and Glenclyffe

About the hike: "The 2.5-hour hike takes you by waterfalls and streams and along a Revolutionary War road used by the traitorous general Benedict Arnold. Though you’ll plan to gaze out the window on the train ride back, you’ll probably just end up toiling over which of the 200 dramatic panoramic photos from the banks of the Hudson River you should Instagram." -- Thrillist
